I have been building software to make life simpler since I was 14. My first project was Fixit Egypt, and the idea behind it is the same one I work from today. People carry too much complicated logistics, and good software should quietly take that off their hands.
Every product I have built since has started with a real problem, not a piece of technology looking for a use. Something slow, repetitive, or confusing that was costing people their time. The job was always the same. Digitize it, simplify it, and hand that time back.
